Day 1

Nothing is better than a live real demonstration of your team at work in a real customer interaction.

The mystery shop experience starts from the very moment that the customer interacts with your organisation, be it through the first email and telephone.

A live visit is booked and covertly recorded with a high quality audio and video pin camera.

Any follow up correspondence is also recorded.

A complete analysis is then conducted based on performance and is marked out of 100 based on industry standards and benchmarks.

Day 2

It is also possible for Hotelisation to book in a follow up day to review the recording with the member of staff and set up further role plays on a 1-2-1 basis to cement learnings and improvements as a result of the live demonstrations.

The recording and analysis is then presented to you.
